Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. A stay is confirmed only when our team communicates confirmation and any advance payment requested has been received.
Rates shown are starting prices per night unless stated otherwise, and may vary by season, occupancy and dates.
House rules
Each property has its own house rules — occupancy limits, quiet hours, pool and pet policies — listed on its page and shared at booking. Guests are expected to follow them; serious breaches may end a stay without refund.
Liability
We take care to keep every property safe and well maintained. However, guests use facilities such as pools, gardens and beach access at their own discretion and are responsible for supervising children at all times. Stay Plus Hospitality is not liable for loss of personal belongings during a stay.
